Job Summary

Lead and manage global sourcing and category strategies for Invesco’s Investment Services & Platforms category, driving cost savings, quality, and efficiency. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to develop category plans aligned to requirements, growth, and cost profile. Own supplier relationship management, performance monitoring, and corrective actions. Lead key sourcing events (RFx, renewals, sole source negotiations) including contract negotiations, and conduct market research to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.

•Minimum 5 years in procurement, strategic sourcing, and category management, preferably with technology in financial services.
•Strong knowledge of procurement best practices, market trends, and supplier management.
•Excellent negotiation, contract management, and supplier relationship management skills.
•Strong project management skills and proficiency in procurement software/tools to manage multiple projects.
•Professional certifications such as CPSM or CPM are a plus.
