Commis I (QA)

Support kitchen operations by assisting with food preparation, portioning, and simple cooking tasks under senior chefs’ supervision. Maintain cleanliness and organization across workstations, follow recipes and plating standards, and monitor cooking times and temperatures for consistent quality. Help with stock rotation and inventory basics to reduce waste, adhere to food safety and sanitation practices, and coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order execution.
