•Strategic Sales Support & Deal Structuring: Partner with Sales, Services Sales, and GSI leads early in the sales cycle to define delivery boundaries, joint investment parameters, and SOW alignment; Lead the structural review and delivery validation of complex SOWs and Change Orders; Monitor upcoming strategic pipeline deals to forecast delivery capabilities and partner specializations

Key Requirements

•10–12+ years of professional experience in enterprise SaaS implementation, technical program management, or strategic IT consulting
•GSI joint-delivery expertise with large-scale deployments in joint-delivery models with GSIs (e.g., Accenture, Deloitte, PwC)
•Strategic sales alignment: experience partnering with enterprise software sales and service sales teams to structure complex services deals, negotiate SOWs, and define joint delivery boundaries
•Executive presence and SteerCo leadership: ability to lead high-pressure steering committees and align C-level stakeholders
•Process & practice architecture: design, document, and scale repeatable PMO playbooks, delivery methodologies, and enablement assets
