Job Summary

Shape, validate, and scale future-facing digital commerce propositions across Central Europe. Own the regional narrative for stablecoins combined with agentic commerce, test it directly with clients through workshops and pilots, and iterate based on market feedback. Translate client insights into product requirements and success metrics, partner with Europe teams (Product, Technology, Legal, Risk, Policy), and represent Central Europe needs in global product discussions.

Key Responsibilities

•Create, own, and evolve the Central Europe narrative for stablecoins and agentic commerce.
•Test narratives through client meetings, workshops, and pilots; iterate based on feedback.
•Identify and engage priority Central Europe clients; lead discovery and innovation sessions to shape pilot-ready use cases.
•Translate client insights into product requirements and support development of value propositions and success metrics.
•Partner with Europe teams (Product, Technology, Legal, Risk, Policy) and represent Central Europe client needs in global product discussions.

Key Requirements

•Strong grasp of payments innovation, digital money, or tokenized value models to lead stablecoin discussions at executive level.
•Proven success in senior product, go-to-market, or commercial leadership roles across payments, digital assets, financial infrastructure, or advanced technology environments.
•Demonstrated experience owning regional revenue outcomes, including pipeline leadership, monetization, and forecasting.
•Track record leading complex, cross-functional initiatives through influence rather than hierarchy.
•Fluency in English and German, ideally native, to host client workshops and present on conferences.
