Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and evolve foundational platform-level design language and build-system foundations.
  • •Build and scale a platform-level design system supporting multiple products and tools.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 170,000 - 200,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of experience in product design, UX design, or design systems, ideally for complex B2B, technical, or data-heavy software.
  • •A bachelor’s degree in engineering or a design field.
  • •Strong experience building and scaling platform-level design systems across multiple products or tools.
  • •Excellent visual and interaction design skills.
  • •Strong understanding of design system architecture, accessibility, and inclusive design, including translating systems into reusable, production-ready components and AI-consumable standards.
