Dispute Agent with French

Own the end-to-end OTC dispute process for French customers, including deductions investigation, dispute case management, and issuing credit notes. Liaise with customers and internal teams to resolve overdue account issues, perform root-cause analysis on recurring disputes, and drive corrective actions. Use SAP (S/4Hana preferred) and MS Excel to follow defined processes while responding professionally and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
