•Coordinate interviews, scheduling, and feedback collection with candidates and hiring managers.
•Maintain accurate, up-to-date candidate records in the ATS and support recruiting process improvements as the team scales.

Key Requirements

•0–2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, operations, coordination, or related roles, or a fresh graduate with strong interest in recruiting.
•Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
•Clear written and verbal communication skills.
•Comfort working with tools such as Google Sheets/Excel and basic ATS systems.
•Proactive, learning-oriented mindset with openness to feedback and reliable follow-through.
