Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage P&L at the regional/SBU/LOB level, including performance monitoring across pricing, orders, revenue, variable contribution margin, fixed costs, free cash flow, and conversion.
  • •Conduct periodic financial analysis including planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic decision-making.
  • •Collaborate with functional leaders on Pulse, SRO, and AOP forecasting processes to ensure accurate projections.
  • •Lead and participate in monthly risk and opportunity sessions with operations and finance leadership, addressing variances and aligning action plans.
  • •Oversee recurring deliverables (accruals, intercompany recharges, financial reporting) and drive standardization and automation of financial processes for productivity and efficiency.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of overall finance experience.
  • •Chartered Accountant/Cost Accountant or a master’s degree in finance or Business Administration.
  • •Partner with corporate finance and functional leaders to manage financial targets and drive commercial excellence.
  • •Exposure to driving business finance metrics and working with global customers across all levels of employees/customers.
  • •Experience with tools and systems such as Power BI/advanced Excel and ERP systems including SAP, Oracle, Essbase, HANA/BW, and Hyperion.
