Key Responsibilities

  • •Own key ORIR and LTI safety rates, use operational data to determine root causes, and drive corrective and preventative actions to completion.
  • •Ensure every OSHA recordable is accurately documented, investigated, and closed on time with integrated Operations support.
  • •Support P&C to keep new hire and PIT safety training completion at or above 95%, ensuring onboarding safety training is completed before first shift.
  • •Conduct and score monthly safety audits, track open items to closure, and improve audit results quarter-over-quarter.
  • •Maintain current emergency response plans, evacuation procedures, and first aid resources; actively manage workers’ compensation claims and modified duty programs.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of safety or EHS experience, ideally in production, warehouse, distribution center, or e-fulfillment environments.
  • •Direct, hands-on experience conducting Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs), safety audits, incident investigations, and root cause analyses.
  • •Formal or extensive regulatory experience with responsibility for logs and onsite support (300 logs/complaints referenced).
  • •Experience supporting multi-shift operations, including night or weekend shifts.
  • •Ability to own and execute integrated safety programs independently with a strong floor-level safety presence.
