Job Summary

Deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience as the front-line ambassador for the Coach brand. Build lasting client relationships through product expertise, fashion styling advice, and tailored recommendations while meeting personal and store sales goals. Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video) to capture data and drive repeat purchases. Support daily store operations including transactions, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising.

Key Responsibilities

•Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and follow Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
•Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice.
•Drive sales by cross-selling, upselling, and delivering tailored recommendations while meeting personal and store KPIs.
•Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
•Perform daily store operations such as cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising, transaction processing, and supporting inventory cycles.

Key Requirements

•1+ years of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail, with knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
•Experience operating POS systems and basic computer proficiency using iPad/laptop and Mobile POS; able to read price/release sheets.
•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and perform physical tasks including lifting 25 lb regularly (up to 50 lb occasionally) and maneuvering the sales floor and stockroom.
•Strong English proficiency.
•Luxury retail background and social media savvy, including experience with live-stream shopping or video demos and clienteling/data acquisition (preferred).
