Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with Americas leaders to surface and prioritize high-value AI opportunities and translate problems into AI use cases with business cases and measurable outcomes.
  • •Lead end-to-end AI solution delivery, including scoping, design, build, testing, deployment, and adoption.
  • •Deploy and manage AI applications (predictive analytics, optimization, generative AI, and automation) with production-grade requirements.
  • •Coordinate AI program delivery with Regional Transformation and manage pilots, including Lead Management AI and AI-Enabled Warehouse Planning.
  • •Drive adoption through change enablement, training materials, and resolving adoption barriers while coordinating governance and standards with Group Technology.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Computer Science, Data, Engineering, or a related field.
  • •8 to 12 years of technology experience, including 3 to 5 years focused on AI, machine learning, or advanced analytics in an applied enterprise context.
  • •Demonstrated track record delivering AI/analytics solutions into production in complex organizations beyond proof of concepts.
  • •Experience working with business stakeholders to define problems, design solutions, and drive adoption.
  • •Experience managing external vendors, system integrators, or contractors in a delivery capacity.
