Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide global support for manufacturing facilities and coordinate new equipment installation and implementation.
  • •Program and commission PLC/HMI solutions, including equipment/system start-ups, data collection, and optimization of control systems.
  • •Maintain and update electrical drawings globally and ensure equipment change tracking is documented and drawings remain current.
  • •Troubleshoot electrical/electronic control system issues, recommend controls policy/standard changes when possible, and prevent recurrence.
  • •Evaluate proposed equipment controls systems against MES requirements and recommend solutions to vendors and/or internally while coordinating across departments.

Salary: USD 80,700 - 115,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • •Minimum 6 years of manufacturing equipment controls engineering experience.
  • •Experience with Rockwell Automation Logix PLC programming (ladder and function block diagram).
  • •Experience designing using AutoDesk AutoCAD to create electrical schematic and panel layouts.
  • •Experience with control networks (at least two of ControlNet, DeviceNet, Profibus, Ethernet) and troubleshooting electrical/electronic control systems.
