•Act as a subject-matter expert and key point of contact on Rewards topics for employees, managers, recruiters, and HR colleagues.
•Support the design, administration, and continuous improvement of compensation, benefits, and mobility programs aligned to Philips’ Rewards strategy.
•Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to develop Rewards policies, processes, and governance for effective program delivery.
•Conduct compensation analyses, salary benchmarking, job evaluations, and rewards-related reporting to support informed decisions.
•Drive operational excellence by identifying opportunities to optimize Rewards processes, tools, policies, and programs.

•3–5 years of experience in a multinational environment in Rewards, Compensation & Benefits, International Mobility, HR Operations, or a similar area.
