Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end planning and execution of Premium Hospitality across all Spark Arena events, including ICON Suites, SKYBOXES, and the Premium Lounge.
  • •Handle pre-event communications with hospitality clients, including menu selections, dietary needs, invoicing, and general enquiries.
  • •Build and manage ICON Suite account relationships with annual suite holders to maximize utilization and improve the suite experience.
  • •Recruit, train, and manage the Premium Hospitality casual workforce and brief them for each event.
  • •Manage membership growth by overseeing the membership database in Archtics and partnering with marketing to drive sign-ups and engagement.

Key Requirements

  • •Background in event management, hospitality, venue operations, or account management.
  • •Ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced live event environment.
  • •Experience leading and motivating teams, including casual or event-based staff.
