Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the technical relationship and end-to-end Technical Account Plan for strategic partners, aligning joint GTM strategies and technical execution milestones for CF1 and AI adoption.
  • •Drive pre-sales engineering including technical validation, proofs of concept, demos, and solution architecture sessions, while qualifying and accelerating partner-influenced opportunities.
  • •Accelerate post-sales services delivery by owning the ASD partner journey, enabling partners to deploy, manage, and support Cloudflare platform and AI workloads.
  • •Build and co-develop joint services catalogues and enable partners to embed CF1 and Workers AI capabilities into managed security portfolios, tracking KPIs to improve effectiveness.
  • •Champion continuous innovation by using Cloudflare OS and AI agent tools and engaging partner champions through the Partner Technical Advisory Council for feedback and co-innovation.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of technical, partner-facing experience (e.g., Systems Engineer, Solutions Architect, or Technical Account Manager) in cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, or networking.
  • •Strong technical depth in Cloudflare One (CF1) or equivalent SASE/SSE architectures, Zero Trust, DNS, and application security, plus hands-on AI deployment knowledge (AI Gateway, LLM orchestration, or vector databases).
  • •Proven ability to develop technical talent and build “champion” programs within partner organizations to drive adoption of complex cloud networks and AI technologies.
  • •Deep understanding of enterprise IT and multi-cloud/hybrid environments while managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • •Ability to manage the technical lifecycle of deals from pre-sales discovery and CF1/AI PIO generation through post-sale service delivery.
