Key Responsibilities

  • •Work independently on an assigned portfolio of high-dollar participated and syndicated loans and complete transactions within the executed credit agreement terms.
  • •Service loans where Huntington acts as the Agent bank, including same-day processing and settlement with member banks.
  • •Partner with syndication directors and participate in attorney calls for preliminary documentation review based on HNB requirements.
  • •Close and book syndication loans in ACBS, including collateral review, and provide detailed transaction advice to participant banks.
  • •Research discrepancies in loan balances, interpret credit agreements, and monitor suspect reports to correct accounting/billing errors within ACBS terms.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • •2+ years of experience with commercial loan documentation (review, documentation preparation, account maintenance)
  • •Proficient experience with Microsoft Office Suite
  • •Experience reading and interpreting loan documents
  • •Self-starting with strong follow-through, time management, analytical thinking, and organizational skills
