Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead a team of heavy equipment maintenance technicians (mechanics), coordinating and supervising quality performance and safe work environment.
  • •Create, assign, and monitor work orders, track machine service intervals, order parts, and diagnose issues using real-time data.
  • •Schedule repairs for customer and company-owned rental equipment.
  • •Manage customer communications by promptly responding to inquiries, requests, complaints, and maintaining customer relationships and satisfaction.
  • •Train and develop employees while supporting continuous improvement and performing other assigned duties as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Industry knowledge in rentals or related construction field; ideally about three years of maintenance and service experience.
  • •Ability to lead maintenance teams and supervise service personnel and quality performance.
  • •Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and teamwork skills with excellent verbal and written communication.
  • •Experience in field service, maintenance, and repair (preferred) and ability to stay up to date on products and services.
  • •High school diploma; trade school certificate preferred; valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record and physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
