Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and execute end-to-end people strategy for the Go-To-Market organization, partnering with COO, CRO, and CCO to align talent priorities with revenue targets.
  • •Lead organizational design and workforce planning to scale GTM structures, proactively identify gaps/redundancies, and anticipate hiring needs, succession gaps, and capability builds.
  • •Drive performance management culture and talent review/calibration processes, including succession planning and retention strategies for revenue-facing talent.
  • •Partner with Revenue Operations and Total Rewards to design and refine GTM compensation structures, including variable pay, sales incentive plans, SPIFs, and quota-setting frameworks.
  • •Lead change management and employee relations for GTM, including org restructures, RIF planning, and M&A integration, while ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies.

Salary: USD 149,000 - 283,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of progressive HR Business Partner experience, with at least 5 years supporting Go-To-Market, Sales, or Revenue organizations in high-growth B2B SaaS or technology companies.
  • •Experience operating as a Director-level individual contributor, providing executive-level strategic thinking and hands-on execution without needing a team behind you.
  • •Proven track record thriving in fast-paced, high-growth, and ambiguous environments while building and iterating people strategies during rapid scaling.
  • •Deep expertise in GTM talent dynamics, including sales compensation design, quota-based performance management, territory planning, and retention strategies.
  • •Strong employee relations experience handling complex, high-stakes situations with speed, good judgment, and confidentiality.
