Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the security target-state architecture and multi-year roadmap, aligning risk reduction with business outcomes and socializing tradeoffs with leadership.
  • •Run enterprise security architecture assessments across cloud security and network infrastructure (including Kubernetes), identity/access (Zero Trust, Conditional Access, PAM/PIM), CI/CD, and AI/LLM.
  • •Develop secure reference architectures, patterns, and layered defense-in-depth architectures, ensuring resilience across digital estates and meeting regulatory/audit requirements.
  • •Partner with CloudOps and Product Architecture to embed security into enterprise platforms and product roadmaps, including pipeline compliance checks and architecture reviews.
  • •Provide architectural authority across cross-functional engagements by articulating security principles, technologies, and patterns to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •7–10+ years’ experience in IT or cybersecurity, with at least 3 years in a dedicated security architecture role.
  • •Proven experience designing large-scale, secure enterprise solutions across complex organizations.
  • •Deep technical expertise across cloud (Azure required), identity, network, endpoint, SaaS, and modern enterprise architectures.
  • •Hands-on experience with Microsoft security technologies such as Defender XDR, Defender for Cloud, Conditional Access, and Entra ID (including PIM).
  • •Strong DevSecOps knowledge and ability to clearly communicate security risks and solutions to engineering teams and executives.
