Job Summary

Own the outbound vendor onboarding process across exchanges, brokers, custodians, banks, and service providers. You’ll gather and package entity documentation, complete KYB/KYC, coordinate with Legal and Compliance, and manage multiple concurrent workstreams with clear status and next actions. Serve as the primary onboarding point of contact for counterparties, drive due-diligence questionnaire responses, and use AI tools to streamline documentation, tracking, and repetitive workflow tasks.

Key Responsibilities

•Execute vendor onboarding end to end by gathering entity documentation, completing KYB/KYC, tracking outstanding items, and following up with counterparties and internal stakeholders.
•Prepare document packages for counterparty requirements, including corporate structure materials, beneficial ownership disclosures, AML certifications, authorized signatory forms, and tax documents.
•Drive due diligence questionnaire (DDQ) responses by coordinating internally, gathering accurate information, and owning submission.
•Coordinate with Legal and Compliance by routing contracts for review, following up to keep agreements moving, and supporting KYC refresh cycles and AML certifications.
•Maintain accurate onboarding records in shared trackers, file executed agreements and DDQs for audit readiness, and use AI tools to draft communications and accelerate repetitive workflow tasks.
