Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and ship AI agents for government institutions by partnering with engineers and public sector customers.
  • •Conduct ground-up discovery with federal and state institutions to identify and prioritize agent opportunities.
  • •Engage with customers at multiple levels—assessing requirements, presenting demos, and navigating technical and operational challenges.
  • •Own outcomes from concept through production by defining strategy, roadmap, and success metrics and coordinating cross-functional teams.
  • •Shape Sierra’s public sector roadmap by surfacing unmet needs and prototyping new tools and features with platform, research, and product teams.

Key Requirements
