Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate and support electronic assembly equipment according to approved work instructions, safety requirements, process settings, and production schedules.
  • •Perform equipment setup, changeover, startup checks, shutdown, cleaning, material loading, feeder/tooling preparation, and basic program/recipe selection.
  • •Support SMT processes including solder paste printing, component placement, reflow, AOI, through-hole insertion, selective/wave soldering, coating, depaneling, inspection, test, and rework.
  • •Monitor equipment/process conditions, identify alarms/defects/jams/wear or abnormal signs, and restore equipment to standard condition within training/authorization or escalate higher-risk issues.
  • •Perform scheduled preventive maintenance, basic repairs/troubleshooting using drawings/manuals/diagnostic tools, and maintain accurate equipment/production logs and records.

Key Requirements

  • •Associate degree, technical diploma, apprenticeship, or certificate in electronics, electromechanical technology, industrial maintenance, manufacturing technology, or related field; or equivalent practical experience.
  • •2+ years of experience supporting automated manufacturing, electronics assembly, equipment maintenance, or similar technical production environments.
  • •Basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, sensor, and control-system fundamentals.
  • •Ability to read and follow work instructions, equipment manuals, maintenance procedures, wiring diagrams, schematics, and mechanical drawings.
