Job Summary

Design, build, and operate production-grade AI and Generative AI solutions across the organization. You’ll translate architecture and business requirements into scalable systems including LLM applications, AI agents, and RAG pipelines, with a strong focus on Microsoft Azure and the Copilot ecosystem. Build and secure APIs and microservices, integrate with enterprise platforms (CRM/ERP/ITSM, data, identity, observability), and help operationalize responsible AI practices.

Key Responsibilities

•Design and implement AI-driven solutions that automate business processes and improve service delivery.
•Build production-grade GenAI applications including LLM-powered features, AI agents, copilots, and orchestration layers.
•Develop and integrate multi-agent systems using established orchestration frameworks.
•Build and expose AI capabilities via APIs and microservices, following architecture and security standards.
•Integrate AI solutions with enterprise platforms and implement governance/security controls in code (e.g., PII handling, prompt injection defenses, audit logging, RBAC).

Key Requirements

•4+ years of professional software engineering and 1–2 years building and shipping AI/ML or Generative AI solutions in production.
•Proven experience delivering AI features that run in production with real users.
•Hands-on experience deploying and operating AI workloads in enterprise environments, including security/compliance/integrations/scale.
•Deep practical experience with foundation models, prompt engineering, tool/function calling, structured outputs, and context management for LLMs & GenAI.
•Strong hands-on experience building agents/copilots/multi-agent workflows and extending the Microsoft Copilot ecosystem with Copilot Studio.
