Senior Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor - Data Center Construction (Heavy Civil)

Serve as the primary client interface on large-scale data center construction projects, delivering disciplined, value-driven cost management for heavy civil and site development scopes. Lead estimating, cost planning, change order negotiation, and quantity surveying across project phases, coordinating with design teams and general contractors to validate estimates and contractor data. Produce executive-level written reviews and monthly cost reports, support post-contract cost control, and mentor team members.
