Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, implement, and maintain ICT engineering solutions supporting operational and business requirements.

  • •Proven ability to deliver technical projects and tasks within defined timelines and budgets.
  • •Experience providing Level 3 support in a service management environment, including incident investigation, troubleshooting, and service requests.
