Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide estimate and cost planning to include producing and presenting the final cost plan.
  • •Assist on feasibility studies and writing procurement reports; manage procurement activities including bid lists and bid analysis.
  • •Manage post-contract cost variances and the change control processes; refer major changes to line manager.
  • •Produce monthly post-contract cost reports and present to the client.
  • •Provide leadership to the cost management team and identify opportunities to develop new business with existing clients.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum of 5 years’ experience preparing cost estimates.
  • •Experience in Data center, Pharma, Oil and Gas, preferred.
  • •Fluent in Spanish and English.
  • •Good technical experience in all cost management areas; pre-contract, post contract and final account.
  • •Good understanding of mechanical, process, electrical, and plumbing systems, as they relate to construction of projects.
