Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor with CSA/MEP cost management experience for data center and major construction projects. Lead cost planning, procurement, post-contract cost management, and value engineering, liaising with clients and consultants to deliver accurate cost reporting and final accounts on medium to high complexity projects.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide estimate and cost planning to include producing and presenting the final cost plan.
•Assist on feasibility studies and writing procurement reports; manage procurement activities including bid lists and bid analysis.
•Manage post-contract cost variances and the change control processes; refer major changes to line manager.
•Produce monthly post-contract cost reports and present to the client.
•Provide leadership to the cost management team and identify opportunities to develop new business with existing clients.

Key Requirements

•Minimum of 5 years’ experience preparing cost estimates.
•Experience in Data center, Pharma, Oil and Gas, preferred.
•Fluent in Spanish and English.
•Good technical experience in all cost management areas; pre-contract, post contract and final account.
•Good understanding of mechanical, process, electrical, and plumbing systems, as they relate to construction of projects.
