•Engage clients in consultative conversations to recommend personalized banking solutions, emphasizing deposit accounts, loans, lines of credit, and internal referrals.
•Identify and fulfill client deposit and borrowing needs, including opening deposit accounts and taking loan applications.
•Provide personalized financial advice aligned to client goals while deepening relationships and supporting client satisfaction and loyalty.
•Conduct regular calls to clients and prospects to offer tailored financial solutions and support a high-performing sales culture.
•Support customer experience and operations by assisting the teller line as needed, resolving client issues, participating in sales/service meetings, and helping with training, dual control vault and audit controls.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or GED.
•2–5 years of experience as a Universal Banker or Teller.
•Ability to provide consultative, personalized financial advice aligned to short- and long-term goals.

•Must complete the DeGarmo Retail Behavioral Assessment and meet background credit check requirements, including compliance with the S.A.F.E. Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008.
