Key Requirements

  • •A degree (or progression toward) in Psychology or Social Work.
  • •Experience delivering group programs and interventions, ideally in correctional, welfare, or institutional settings.
  • •Ability to manage group dynamics and work with participants with complex mental health or behavioural issues.
  • •Strong report writing and communication skills to document offender progress and behaviour.
  • •Understanding of cognitive behavioural approaches to change offending behaviours.
