Own global payroll operations for multiple countries, ensuring accurate, timely processing while managing vendor complexity and meeting payroll cutoffs. Serve as operational backup to the AMER Payroll Lead, partner with Tax, Finance, and People Ops, and handle first- and second-line payroll queries. Lead audit walkthroughs, monitor risk items, perform root cause analysis on discrepancies, and support compliance with international, federal, state, and local payroll tax requirements.
