Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage internal materials and scheduling processes to drive adherence to the Master Production Schedule through Integrated Business Planning.
  • •Schedule production in the short-term horizon and monitor execution of the production schedule on the factory floor.
  • •Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting and manage materials flow and related transactions inventory.
  • •Execute and manage logistics activities, including internal receipts, storage, distribution, transportation, and shipment scheduling aligned with customer priority dates.
  • •Drive continuous improvement using tools such as internal assessments, visual management, standard work, and value stream mapping; manage plant-owned data health activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree.
  • •Minimum 5 years combined experience in Materials, Operations and/or Supply Chain Management within a manufacturing environment.
  • •Minimum 3 years of leader of people experience.
  • •Experience supporting cross-functional SIOP and inventory management processes.
  • •Technical knowledge of forecasting techniques, bill of material structuring, and scheduling execution.
