Key Responsibilities

  • •Prep vehicles for paint, including sanding, masking, taping, and bagging.
  • •Perform unbagging/tear down and buffing to ready vehicles for cosmetic paintwork.
  • •Follow reconditioning processes in a high-tech inspection center environment.
  • •Work assigned shifts (10-hour shift from 4:00pm to 2:30am) and participate in mandatory overtime when needed.
  • •Apply proper safety equipment and safe tool/vehicle operation throughout the job.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 6 months of professional automotive prepping experience.
  • •Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools, including lifting up to 60 pounds independently.
  • •Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license (may include an MVR check).
  • •Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and sometimes be exposed to excessive weather conditions (heat/cold).
  • •Use safety equipment such as face shield/goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, mask, and protective garments/equipment.
