•Own high-ambiguity, high-impact initiatives (>€10M/year) and manage external partnerships and negotiations.
•Lead product reviews, roadmap planning, and make-or-buy decisions to optimize delivery and impact.
•Mentor teammates and contribute to the growth of the operating community within Alan.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of professional experience in Operations management or entrepreneurship
•Fluent in English and Spanish or French or Dutch
•Strong analytical skills with SQL fluency for data analysis
•Ability to independently own high-ambiguity, high-impact initiatives (>€10M/year)
