Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive adherence to SP&S PMO minimum standards by providing project management leadership and delivery assurance across SP&S projects.
  • •Define start-up schedules and resource plans with designated project teams to deliver start-up activities.
  • •Lead start-up teams for compliance to critical deliverables and identify/confirm project risks from bid into execution.
  • •Lead governance interventions by identifying causes, creating mitigations/corrections, and creating/owning the Corrective Plan.
  • •Support PMO best practices, processes, and minimum standards to align with SP&S PMO strategy and delivery.

Key Requirements

  • •Project management and project control experience within the oil and gas industry, with project delivery and execution roles.
  • •Experience and understanding of project execution tools, processes, and procedures.
  • •Experience in project supply chain, including managing suppliers and customers and understanding internal/external execution needs.
  • •Knowledge of contract and project start-up requirements and critical activities.
  • •Permanent work permit in the UK.
