Surveyor

The Surveyor performs land surveying for properties and sites to provide information for building construction, alterations, valuations, land use and map making. This role covers preparation and maintaining sketches, maps, reports and legal descriptions of surveys to describe, certify, and assume liability for work performed, using instruments such as total stations and GPS. You will create maps and plats, provide layout services for construction, establish control points, analyze survey data, prepare legal documents, and ensure compliance with surveying standards while communicating with clients and project managers.
