Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, coach, and develop the Control Assurance & Advisory team, setting priorities, objectives, and performance expectations.
  • •Oversee high-quality risk assessments, control testing, monitoring, and issues and actions management.
  • •Evaluate whether controls are appropriately designed and operating effectively, and communicate where risk remains outside the accepted level.
  • •Maintain decision-useful records of risks, controls, issues, and actions in Optro.
  • •Act as a trusted risk advisor across PayOps and lead cross-functional improvement projects, reporting on material risks and remediation progress.

Salary: EUR 3,750 - 5,100 monthly
