Key Responsibilities

  • •Review new project guidelines and support PQA with amendments required for project landing.
  • •Support development and ownership of policy guidelines, keeping them clear, comprehensible, and up-to-date.
  • •Monitor PQA project performance (accuracy and productivity) and collaborate on root cause analysis and action plan preparation.
  • •Review Juren test reviews and join random calibrations to ensure consistency across reviewers.
  • •Conduct risk assessments on key project deliverable metrics (quality, output, timelines adherence) and support guideline training within stipulated timelines.

Key Requirements

  • •At least six months of PQA experience.
  • •SME knowledge in Linguistic Intelligence projects with a proven strong track record of project excellence.
  • •Ability to work under minimal supervision with strong logic/common sense related to the job.
  • •Highly organized with strong attention to detail and aptitude to make ongoing improvements in day-to-day team work.
  • •Excellent time management and multitasking to meet tight deadlines, plus full-proficiency English communication skills.
