Key Responsibilities

•Load and unload pontoon boats using a hoist system.
•Perform daily safety checks and basic preventative maintenance on the hoists.
•Build the steel on the trailers for the load while following safety policies and procedures.
•Work in a safe manner and support a “Barletta Safe” culture by advocating safest behaviors and identifying risks/hazards.
•Respond quickly to requests in a fast-paced environment and complete supervisor assignments as required.

•Must display good verbal and written communication skills and be able to follow policies/procedures while wearing required PPE.
