Key Responsibilities

  • •Collect, analyze, and interpret manufacturing data and key performance metrics to identify bottlenecks and support data-driven improvements.
  • •Lead cost-reduction initiatives using continuous improvement to eliminate waste and improve operational performance across production lines.
  • •Troubleshoot and improve manufacturing processes through collaboration with direct labor, including fabrication, assembly, measuring, and testing.
  • •Develop and implement I4.0 data collection and smart manufacturing systems for real-time monitoring, enhanced traceability, performance optimization, and predictive maintenance.
  • •Configure, integrate, and troubleshoot vision systems and safety devices; maintain and upgrade legacy controls while planning migrations to modern architectures.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • •Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical role supporting manufacturing operations.
