Provide daily guidance to team members in the Cut-Up area, ensuring compliance with management directives and maintaining the Tyson safety culture. Assist, train, and encourage team members, set up production line(s), and complete jobs in the Cut-Up area. Complete required log sheets while working in environments with possible warm/cold temperatures and wet/humid conditions, including frequent walking, bending, standing, and lifting up to 70 pounds.
