Key Responsibilities

•Own end-to-end product features from ideation to shipping and measurement.
•Collaborate across the stack (frontend, backend, ML) and provide APIs that connect product to data pipelines.
•Engage with users to define problems, make product calls, and ship quickly with measurable impact.
•Build and maintain evals/instrumentation to validate AI systems and drive priorities.
•Prototype with AI tooling and ensure tracing, latency, and multilingual support in production.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 1,500,000 - 3,500,000 annually

Key Requirements

•4–8 years shipping consumer or B2B product as a full-stack or frontend-leaning engineer.
•Strong TypeScript/JavaScript and React; comfort with at least one backend stack (Python or Node) and relational databases.
•Experience building on LLM APIs or shipping AI-powered features, especially streaming UX, structured outputs, or agentic flows.
•Hands-on experience evaluating AI systems: built eval sets or task suites, diagnosed failures, and can articulate model behavior changes.
•A systems thinker who builds instrumentation or eval to catch the whole class of problems, not just single instances.
