Key Responsibilities

  • •Review inventory at the loading dock to ensure the assigned crew truck is adequately stocked.
  • •Assemble solar modules, mechanical/structural mounts, electrical equipment, and tools in preparation for installation.
  • •Apply weather sealing and assemble racking and panels/modules as specified in the project plan.
  • •Ensure clean, orderly job sites and perform project clean up at client sites and installation vehicles.
  • •Lead safe, effective installations, provide leadership and technical support to crew members, and assist with solar battery installations when assigned.

Salary: USD 27.6 - 36.8 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent.
  • •Previous solar installation experience required; equivalent construction or military experience may be considered.
  • •Valid driver’s license, ability to pass a driving background check, and must be 21 years of age.
  • •Adheres to company safety policies, including identifying and reporting safety hazards and encouraging safe work.
  • •Proven ability to meet deadlines and key metrics; willing to participate in Power+ training and potential cross-training.
