Own the product lifecycle for Coder Agents, from incubating ideas through GA and ongoing scale. Define and evolve the Agents product vision and roadmap by synthesizing customer, market, and business signals, while identifying opportunities to reach new personas beyond enterprise developers. Lead executive-level customer conversations and shape licensing, packaging, and pricing decisions. Mentor other PMs and bring scalable rigor to a fast-moving, lean process.

•Own the full product lifecycle for Coder Agents, from incubation through GA and ongoing scale.
•Define and evolve product vision and strategy, turning customer, market, and business signals into a roadmap.
•Identify and validate opportunities to expand Agents to new personas, from enterprise developers to citizen developers.
•Research customer problems via enterprise account engagement, community feedback, and ecosystem analysis.
•Lead high-stakes customer conversations and shape licensing, packaging, and pricing decisions; mentor other PMs.

Salary: GBP 90,000 - 122,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years building software products end-to-end with clear customer and business outcomes.
•Deep understanding of the AI/agentic market and where enterprise adoption is headed.
•Proven experience taking a product from GA and setting direction where little exists yet.
•Experience building for enterprise customers, including complex adoption cycles, compliance, procurement, and multi-stakeholder buying.
•Strong technical foundation to collaborate credibly with engineers and make informed trade-offs.
