Risk Manager - Infrastructure

Implement or support an integrated risk management framework across a major capital programme, facilitating identification, assessment, and prioritisation of threats, opportunities, and issues. Maintain risk visibility to support risk cost profiling, timely drawdown/retirement of risk budgets, and use risk data to inform investment planning. Produce risk reports, conduct quantitative cost and schedule assessments, and work with contractors to align client-held risks and responses using tools such as @risk, PRA, and Safran.
