  • •Complete a structured rotation in Andover, MA to learn LTAMDS array functionality and Near Field test processes.
  • •Apply Near Field knowledge to Far Field test execution and array-level readiness.
  • •Stand up, train, and lead a new Portsmouth, RI Far Field Range execution team.
  • •Prepare the Portsmouth site for operation by partnering with Andover test engineering and managing phased execution across multiple ranges.
  • •Own Far Field Range products associated with array testing and deliver technical status while partnering with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and Software Engineering.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, Math, or a related STEM field.
  • •Minimum 8 years of engineering experience with leadership responsibilities.
  • •Experience with Near and Far Field range testing.
  • •Experience with development, integration, test, and production support of RF subsystems.
  • •Ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance (U.S. citizenship required).
