Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage a portfolio of ~300 high-value accounts, focusing on retention, preventing churn, and growing Gross Payment Volume (GPV).
  • •Drive GPV growth by identifying value opportunities for clients to process more through Jobber Payments.
  • •Build deep, consultative relationships and act as a strategic partner to key clients.
  • •Conduct regular business reviews and strategic planning sessions, recommending how to optimize Jobber products and services related to payments.
  • •Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, guide customers to action, and collaborate with product, risk, and support while providing feedback to the product team.
