Support store objectives by delivering excellent customer service and maintaining designated sections or zones. Contribute to achieving store sales targets, assist customers face-to-face or by phone, and handle sales processing including exchanges and refunds. Maintain stockroom and stock presentation standards, support promotions, ensure compliance with SOPs, and uphold housekeeping and health & safety practices in coordination with the management team.
