Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide antenatal care including assessment, monitoring, education, and support; identify potential complications.
  • •Assist and manage normal labor and delivery, monitoring labor progress, fetal heart rate, and maternal vital signs.
  • •Recognize and respond appropriately to obstetric emergencies; administer medications and treatments within scope and provide pain management support.
  • •Deliver immediate postpartum care, assess and monitor newborn health, and provide postnatal education and emotional support.
  • •Maintain accurate documentation and collaborate with obstetricians, pediatricians, nurses, and other professionals while following infection prevention and control measures.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Midwifery or Nursing with Midwifery qualification.
  • •Valid DOH/DHA license and current home country license.
  • •Maintain professional competency through continuing education and compliance with regulatory and licensing requirements.
