Key Responsibilities

  • •Review MEP designs and calculations, translating client requirements into deliverables and coordinating priorities to support delivery.
  • •Test and evaluate product features, provide engineering-led feedback to developers, identify defects, and help drive resolution.
  • •Assure the quality of engineering outputs and ensure design outputs meet quality standards before issuing to clients.
  • •Work directly with customers to capture and translate requirements into practical deliverables.
  • •Champion adoption of AI and emerging technologies and use digital tools to improve engineering efficiency and quality.

Key Requirements

  • •HNC, HND, or degree in a relevant engineering discipline, with proven experience designing and/or reviewing MEP systems.
  • •Broad understanding of mechanical, electrical, and public health systems, including reviewing design information and assessing MEP calculations and outputs.
  • •Experience reviewing engineering deliverables with strong attention to detail, performing quality checks, and identifying errors, inconsistencies, and software defects.
  • •Excellent communication skills to lead meetings, capture requirements, manage expectations, and build relationships with clients and technical teams.
  • •Comfortable working in a 3D BIM environment and using digital tools, including AI and large language models (LLMs), to improve productivity and delivery.
