Job Summary

Join the Avionics Software Tools team to design, develop, and maintain tools that support avionics software development, verification, and production. Lead smaller technical projects, implement DevOps automation, and build CI/CD pipelines across Linux/Windows environments using C/C++, Python, Java, and Robot Framework. Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver DO-330 qualified tools that enable airborne software integration and testing for multiple aircraft programs.

Key Responsibilities

•Work in a team focused on innovation and production of software tools that enable Avionics airborne software development, verification and production.
•Code, test, and provide ongoing support for simulation software and Avionics configuration tools to meet technical and customer requirements.
•Implement DevOps tools and processes in Avionics engineering and apply technologies to automate and streamline avionics software production.
•Develop tools and testing infrastructures that support automated build and continuous integration, and test using languages including C/C++, Python, Java and Robot Framework.
•Collaborate using software configuration management tools and DevOps tools such as Git, GitMR, Artifactory, Jama, Grafana and Docker in a cross-platform environment including Linux and Windows.

Key Requirements

•Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree with at least 3 years of experience.
•U.S. Person is required for access to ITAR/EAR information and hardware.
•Previous experience leading small technical projects or processes.
•Proficiency in one or more of the following languages: C/C++, C#, Python, Java.
•Linux and Windows 11 experience; comfortable operating software on Windows PCs.
