Key Responsibilities

•Lead and develop a team of Hearing Care Coordinators including recruitment, hiring and ongoing performance management.
•Observe, explain, and coach on scheduled evaluations and capacity and demand.
•Address performance issues proactively, providing coaching and conducting annual performance appraisals.
•Review and ensure accuracy in regional collections and transactions.
•Provide comprehensive training to HCCs beyond initial onboarding and create mentoring partnerships amongst peers in the region to support ongoing development.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 60,000 - 80,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree preferred; prior management experience and healthcare familiarity are a plus
•2+ years in a health care environment is preferred; previous management experience is preferred
•Previous training experience is preferred
•Previous customer service experience is required
•Strong communication and relationship-building skills; empathetic approach and HIPAA knowledge would be beneficial
